Central location. Mediocre Experience
broken ac poor communication
I had booked a room with air conditioning. Unfortunately, the AC didn't work properly. The staff gave me a fan. I opened the window. Bugs immediately flew into the room making it almost unbearable! I am also still waiting for a response from the general manager after I wrote to him about my concerns. What a joke.

The hotel staff greeted me by name upon my arrival. valet parking was convenient, and my luggage was promptly taken to my room. i found a complimentary fruit basket and snacks, a well-stocked mini bar, and a good coffee machine. the voice control for room service worked well. I greatly appreciated these thoughtful touches.

The staff were friendly. the hotel location is convenient, a minute away from the main market square. breakfast included a wide variety of options, such as eggs, fruits and cheeses. i left an item. The personnel assisted quickly with delivery.
The beautiful room was a bit tight. It could be more open.

The staff was very cute and supportive . Sarah at the front desk took care of dinner reservations. The rooms are high quality (and very clean). I highly recommend this hotel. It gets five out of five stars from me.
