I had a good stay at the Heritage hotel in Bruges, with warm and accommodating staff who truly enhanced my experience. The breakfast was amazing, but I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking. The hotel's beautiful location made it easy to explore the city, although I did experience some street noise at night during celebrations. Overall, the charm and hospitality made my visit nice.

My stay at Relais & Chateaux Hotel Heritage was absolutely good. The location is perfect for exploring Bruges, just steps from the market square. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. However, I noticed that the restaurant was closed during my visit, which was a bit disappointing since I heard great things about the dining experience.

My stay at the Relais & Chateaux Hotel Heritage was good, with a fantastic central location just steps from the Market Square. although the room was a bit on the cramped side. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Delphine at the front desk, who handled a couple of hot water issues with grace. The breakfast options were excellent, especially the Belgian waffles. but I did feel the room temperature could have been cooler.
